Ordering and Payments
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We currently accept payments only through PayPal. You can use your PayPal balance, linked credit/debit card, or bank account to complete your purchase.
Q: Can I cancel or modify my order?
A: Yes, you can cancel or modify your order within 4 hours of placing it. Contact us at help@bincazo.store with your order number and request as soon as possible.
Q: Why was my payment declined?
A: If your PayPal payment fails, check your account for sufficient funds or valid payment methods. Contact PayPal support if needed, then try placing your order again.
Shipping
Q: What shipping options do you offer?
A: We offer two options:
- Standard: $4.49, with 7-9 business days processing and 10-15 business days shipping.
- Express Shipping: $11.49, with 5-6 business days processing and 7-8 business days shipping.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Total delivery time depends on your shipping choice:
- Standard: 17-24 business days (processing + shipping).
- Express: 12-14 business days (processing + shipping). Delays may occur due to holidays or unforeseen events.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes! Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking details (if available). Contact us if you have trouble accessing it.
Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship within the United States only. Stay tuned for updates on international shipping!
Returns and Refunds
Q: Can I return my order?
A: Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused, in original condition, and with proof of purchase. See our Return and Refund Policy for details.
Q: How do I start a return?
A: Email us at help@bincazo.store within 30 days with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and a shipping address. Note: Return shipping costs are on you unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Q: When will I get my refund?
A: Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your return, issued back to your PayPal account. It may take extra time to show in your account.
Q: What items can’t be returned?
A: Final sale items, personalized products, or items worn/damaged by the customer are non-returnable.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
A: Contact us at help@bincazo.store within 30 days with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll resolve it by reshipping or refunding, and cover return shipping if it’s our error.
