Our 4-Hour Cancellation and Modification Window

We allow cancellations or modifications to your order within 4 hours from the time your order is successfully placed. This short window ensures we can accommodate your request before our team begins processing and preparing your items for shipment. After this period, your order enters the fulfillment process, and we’re unable to make changes or cancel it.

How to Cancel or Modify Your Order

To request a cancellation or modification, please follow these steps:

  1. Act Quickly: Contact us within 4 hours of placing your order. The sooner, the better!
  2. Reach Out: Email us at help@bincazo.store with your order number and a clear request (e.g., “Cancel my order” or “Change item to [specific detail]”).
  3. Confirmation: If your request is received within the 4-hour window and before processing begins, we’ll confirm the cancellation or modification via email. If the order has already moved into processing, we’ll let you know it can no longer be altered.

Eligibility for Cancellation or Modification

  • Requests must be made within 4 hours of the order being successfully placed (based on the timestamp in your order confirmation email).
  • Orders that have not yet entered the processing stage are eligible for cancellation or modification.
  • Once an order is in the processing or shipping stage, it cannot be canceled or modified. In such cases, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy after receiving your items.

Examples of Modifications

Within the 4-hour window, you may request changes such as:

  • Updating the shipping address (if the new address is within our shipping zones).
  • Changing the size, color, or style of an item (subject to availability).
  • Adjusting the quantity of items (adding or removing, if stock permits).

Please note that any modification affecting the order total (e.g., adding items) may require additional payment, while removing items may result in a partial refund.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved within the 4-hour window:

  • We’ll process a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.

If your order cannot be canceled because it’s already being processed, you can return it after delivery by following our Return and Refund Policy.

Important Notes

  • Timing is Key: The 4-hour window starts from the moment you receive your order confirmation email. Requests made after this time cannot be guaranteed.
  • Processing Speed: We pride ourselves on fast order fulfillment, so acting quickly is essential to ensure your request can be accommodated.
  • No Fees: There are no penalties or fees for canceling or modifying an order within the allowed timeframe, provided it hasn’t been processed.
